June 12th

John B wins for the 4th week in a row and builds up an even bigger first place lead...I am not happy about this, especially since he snaked out almost every big hand/all-in that was played. I guess sometimes there's just not much you can do when luck crushes your soul on every river card.

A lot of focus during the game though on having a very special guest at Germ's birthday party, which hopefully will go down.




There may or may not be a game next week due to people not being around, myself heading down to Virginia Beach for a long weekend!!!

June 5th

John B wins again and moves even further ahead in the overall money earnings for 2007. I started off well, but lost my chips little by little with mediocre hands through most of the game.

Also of note: Al and Dave were very excited about the softball game they played that night.

May 29th

John B wins and takes over the overall money lead (by 10 f'in dollars!). Due to only 5 people we played winner-takes-all. The games have been small as of late so if anyone else knows anyone who wants to play, feel free to join our game!

Did Tony force Jeff into retirement???






Only time will tell, but the A-Q over A-A on the all-in was disastrous defeat. Although, once again John B comes up with a victory. He was slumping a bit lately, but cae back and took first place. Tony once again finishes slightly out of the money.

Of note, I placed in the money for the 5th consecutive week, still hanging onto first place overall suckas!

A lot of smaller games lately of 7 or 8 people...it seems like ages since we've played with 2 tables.

May 15th

Captain Ron wins! Tony and Ron were the big chip leaders but going up against each other, Ron took Tony out with pocket queens, allowing me to slip into 2nd place and finish in the money again. There were a lot of bugs on the ceiling and at some point Germ was talking about feces from hot girls.

Soooo I had my shot at going for the 3-Pete, but the return of Tony crushed my dreams, as he took me down at the end leaving me to finish. A lot of hating going on when I got to the finals...I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles...

Well it was a night full of full house draws, and it was my night to stage another Re-Pete and take over FIRST PLACE OVERALL on the money standings!!!

A lot of hating was going on when I ended up in the final 2 players left, but I did not let it get me down. If they're hating on you, it means you're doing well!
